What we are looking for

The company is looking for monoclonal antibodies or antigen binding proteins (alternatives to mAbs) for the treatment of Atopic Dermatitis or Osteoarthritis:

- which bind specifically to canine antigens or are specific to antigens from other species but cross-react with canine
- and which have an application in:
- Atopic Dermatitis and/or itch related skin disease or more generally in immune inflammation (except cancer)
- Osteoarthritis: disease modifying and/or alleviation of symptoms

The company is not interested in diagnostics.

At discovery stage, projects must be supported by clear scientific data deriving from in vitro (compulsory), ex vivo, or animal models (ideally).

Validation of the freedom to operate, and patent application or patentability are highly appreciated.

What we offer and how does it work

All proposals will be assessed promptly by our Research & Development team. Based on the level of interest within the Company research portfolio and strategic fit, we will enter into discussion with selected candidate(s), potentially leading to partnership agreements, collaborations, or licensing.

Proponents that submit proposals of interest will be contacted within 2 weeks of submission to clarify additional details.

What to submit

Submit a proposal in a form which is available online (it takes about 15 minutes). The proposal should be sufficient to provide understand the relevance of the mode of action, the expected clinical benefits, and the stage of your research project. The applicant should also provide information about his or her critical knowledge and tools (e.g. assays, ELISA...) that are applicable for the project, and how the knowledge could be supplemented (i.e., what is additionally required to complete the project). The applicants are strongly encouraged to give us additional information including references or other materials to facilitate the evaluation process.

Please also clarify who owns the rights (know how, patents, results) of your research, and if some rights have already been transferred to a third party, either from human of veterinary filed (identity of the partner can be undisclosed).

Privacy, confidentiality & FAQ

The Company will not share the information beyond its own staff; your initial proposal should contain only non-confidential information. If your proposal is selected, the Company is open to completea Confidentiality Disclosure Agreement (CDA).
